FAQ

  • What type of events are held at Circa?

    With our private (Upstairs) and semi-private (Stage) dining options, we have something to fit most party sizes and occasions—from corporate retreats and holiday parties, to wedding rehearsal dinners and receptions, to bridal and baby showers, and more.

  • Where are the spaces located?

    Circa ‘Upstairs’ is located on the second level of Circa 1922, overlooking Front Street. Guests enter the room at the top of the main staircase, and an elevator is available for guests requiring ADA access.

    Circa ‘Stage’ is located on the first level, at the back of the main dining room.

  • What level of privacy does each space offer?

    Upstairs is our completely private event space. The room is curtained off from the main stairwell to provide guests an intimate experience.

    The Stage is our semi-private event space. Located in the back of the restaurant, the atmosphere benefits from the hum of dinner service and it can be partially curtained off.

    For both locations, the restroom facilities located on the second floor, are shared with other dinner guests.

  • What is the maximum occupancy?

    Upstairs: 55 guests for a seated dinner or cocktail party. 30 guests seated with visibility to a projector screen for presentations.

    Stage: 28 guests for a seated dinner or cocktail party.

  • Is there a venue fee?

    Requirements and costs vary both seasonal and based on the time of day and week. Upon inquiry, our Private Dining Manager will be happy to discuss event options and share availability and pricing information.

  • What are the Food Menu options?

    Events with 20 guests or more are required to order from the prix fixe Private Dining Menu. Events with 20 guests or fewer may elect to order from the prix fixe Private Dining Menu or the regular Dinner Menu, as preferred.

  • What are the Alcohol packages?

    Alcohol is charged per consumption only. An Open Bar, Limited Menu (beer + wine only; signature cocktail(s) and/or select liquor list), or a Cash Bar may be offered, as preferred.

  • Does the room have A/V capabilities?

    High-speed WiFi is available on-site. Guests must provide their own A/V equipment or coordinate through a third-party vendor.
